Reason for jagan shifting capital to vizag

After analyzing his mindset and egositic personality and also asking supreme court for stay in nimmagadda matter even after governer and highcourt ruled out govt actions, i think there are two reasons for shift of capital:

1) To take revenge on vizag ppl as he is egoistic that ys vijayamma lost elections in 2014

2) Dabbulu panchu full ga development aa bokka, vizag capital chesthe inkemi develop cheyyakkarle rendu buildings vesi, as it is ga suit case lo dabbulu sardseyyocchu kukka sai gadu recover ayyaka sandhatlo sademia..(Donga mentality is natural anuko )

Looking at his behavior this is how i feel, now jaffas dont come n say supreme court and highcourt doesnt have neethulu more than jagan..apart of ego EC ni marchadaniki reason endhi va..
