Do they apply all the spill over to EB1 first ? Or all categories get spill over.

EB1 first comes within the same EB category (leftover visas in employment based GC will be allocated to EB1>EB2>EB3

these spillover visas are coming from FB (family based), vachina visas equal ga EB1/EB2/EB3 ki split avutaayi and also some minor numbers to EB4/EB5 as well

EB2 and EB3 will have 70-80K each, EB1 lo consume avvaka pote last quarter lo avi koda EB2>EB3 ki vastaayi, EB1 Row is current and EB1 is almost close to 2019, but last quarter lo USCIS waste cheyadaniki try chestaru... no hope of unused visas in EB1 to come down to EB2 and EB3

How is dependants calculated here? Is it just a guess ? Because we don't know about dependants till applicants file for 485 right ?
