This is how it work when you are buying above 15 grams. Below 15 grams is price per item. 

22k gold price+12% for wastage and making charge + ~7 % state tax.

for 20 grams ornament 57*20+137+80=$1357. So which is $68 for 1 gram. Kondaru 4% customs eystharu.. it’s taken off if you pay by cash.

Current Gold rate: $1940/ounce (24 ct)

Per gram: 1940/31= $63/gm (24 ct)

If you convert to 22ct, it will be 8% diluted - you will get approx 1.10 gm 22ct for every 1gm 24ct

Ornament rate= $63-8%= $58/gm 22ct

Wastage: 10% approx. ($6/gm)

Making charges: 3-5% approx. ($3/gm)

 

Finally if you are spending anything more than $58+6+3 =$67/gm per todays rate, you are wasting your money.

If you are getting something below $67/gm, just grab it
