USA lo online doctors unnara.. any reliable website?

 

for general physician-- > Triglycerides  count is very high anduke  .. e love da lo.. Corona valla.. Zero activity for body.. started walking form yesterday..

yup ... naku undhi above normal ... tablets estahru anta doctor... we need to stop eating rice who has above normal ani annadu doctor... nerves lavu avuthayi anat legs ki naku kaledhu ... chusko okasari

Don't take any medicine for cholesterol...once u start medicine neeku Utomatic ga sugar vastundi and BP..try to change diet and exercise..

do not worry .. triglycerides come directly from food ...

so cut down food intake .. especially fat rich foods like chicken, lamb, pizza, cheese ...

cut down rice ... try quinoa ..

its hard to eat quinoa ... so mix 1 cup quinoa with 1 cup rice and cook ...

better use 'white quinoa' ... it easily mixes with rice ... it tastes the same as rice ...

quinoa is a complete protein, being rich in fiber gives early satiety (so u will eat less).

try to do 30 min brisk walk atleast 4 times a week ... if possible buy a tread mill, if got money get that nordic treadmill ...

Don't ever go for medicines to reduce TGs.

Okavela mi age 35 below aithe tablets avsaram ledu...(unless if it's tooooo abnormal)

So better focus on Exercises.

Make some changes in your diet.

Starch based foods avoid cheilekpoina, vaati quantity thagginchandi.

Say no to White foods (White rice,White Sugar,White salt)

If you can't say 'No' , decrease the quantity.

Daily atleast 300 calories burn chesey workout edhanna try karo

Slowly ur TG level decreases.
