Not about testing, the quarentine facilities are really bad, that's why my neighbors are quaratining at home.

Without going into details, my neighbor is a doctor, he said that Quarantine facilities are really bad, so he just applied for leave and staying at home.

almost everyone in India are advised to quarantine at home, unless their circumstances can't allow it. 

about 15% with symptoms are hospitalized.. and about 10% on oxgen support.. 1-2% on ventilator support. 

This is in TN. I don't know AP.
