yes , it will help , 6 months lo good growth vaastundi if you use it along with Finesteride (there may be side effects for some ppl) , also the hair fall will resume once you stop using these

if you use in combination with propecia (www.keep.com)  it works.. but it has side effects, but you can stop once you get married ..if you don't stop propecia, there a chance that children will be born with major issues..

minoxidil lo center of the head hair vasthadi but very slow.. it gives you dandruff so you need to control with frequent headbath. 

it's not a life long solution as once you stop it hair will fall again..
