You can try, but reaching proper fitness takes time. You may also over eat in the initial days. What you eat should be kicked out of your body as soon as possible for you to lose weight. Kicking it out can be through exercise or diet. The diet above will clean your stomach in a couple of days and you will lose 3-5 kgs easily.
