Govt benefits untai kada uncle , like great retirement pension/health care /relax life/job security,etc. After 35 years I think it’s better to take this kind of jobs.i will try for those once I reach 35-40 years.

Mari 10 years experience ki contracting lo entha istharu bro ?? If we calculate the benefits/work life balance /pension - it’s almost even aypothundi what you earn with contracting. Maybe they can also do side gig like business along with this job. India lo govt teachers chesinatuga. Morning school/evening farming.
