I see a long legal battle. Either parties will go to supreme court surely when someone loses.  And interpretation of language in those agreements might be different to different people on court bench.

I don't know. But court did stopped the government from moving some department offices to kurnool last year saying what is the need for move.

That is a million dollar question no one answering. 

God PK did asked farmers to get those written in strong language so that even if government changes , they will be honored. Don't know how it was handled finally.
