Stopped Rice completely. .. visuku kuda vachindile rice almost.. 

Do I need to modify anything here.. plz suggest me ... 

Morning --> idly/dosa/eggs ala .. 

lunch --> 2 chapati and more curry + 1 glass majjiga 

dinner  --> 2 chapati and more curry

45 mins walk ( 5 days per week)

7 days iyndhi.. started.. weight loss kosam.. however future lo kuda elge continue chesta hopefully.. 

I know maida not good.. Gluten( bankka- not good ani)

whole wheat chepati--> ok na? I am hearing mixed reviews on this.. personal ga chepathi thina valu chepandi. .any negative reviews on this..

whole wheat chapati is good..

dont go for Maida roti....constipation vastadi..which can lead to hemerroids...

One day rice per week is fine...

i need to reduce 30 lbs (15kg)...  I know it takes 1 year.. m not in rush also.. life long food changes chustuna.. not interested for short goals..

Hmm adhe better le sudden increase and decrease undakudadu

Focus on jogging also

I knw this very well.. anduke I never join in gym bcoz.. gym ki povadam regular ga ante chala kastam unless you have good company..   i know yoga is free so ppl don't care this :)
