Employer tells premium is waste of money. Approvals for extensions are coming very fast  in regular process. Premium and regular processing no big difference wth covid.

I saw friends got approval in 20 days for regualr processing in vermont and california

very subjective. For e.g. some cases in Nebraska are getting approvals extremely fast like ~3-4 weeks and some of them taking forever.
