Simple stop outside food eating.

Start eating measured and healthy food and do exercise 1 hr minimum daily atleast for 5 days a week you should see results soon..

No matter what you do , weight is always a result of excess calories. You can lose weight by not doing any excercise and following a strict diet . 

You need to reduce carb intakes , for starters try not eat anything after lunch and also eat the same amount of breakfast and lunch . 

There are hundreds of diets to follow but all I can say is just follow a strict diet , exercise can help you get good frame but not lose weight

first sugar maneseyi, next go for walking for an hour or hour and half. Dinner ki chicken thanduri ala emanan thinu rice place lo. Morning eggs or omlet thinu. You will start losing. 110 ante chala ekkuva easy ga thaggadam start avali. Inthaki emi chesthunnav asalu thaggadaniki
