Hyderabad is an Historical capital city from centuries, It's was capital to the one of richest empire in whole world. It's just a foolish narrative that certain political leaders made them gain world recognition. It's already doing business with the world from centuries. That's is why we find the diverse cultures in Hyderabad. It's got very good geographical advantage like being in plateau area, right distance from oceans this make Hyderabad most stable and presentable climate and free from disasters like floods and earthquakes There were good amount of rivers, lakes and ponds to support city requirements but modern day leaders neglected them with there in capableness to rule and awareness about local ecosystem as they mostly belong to foreign area.

 

What's so ever development happened during chandra Babu and Ysr time is just a part of transition which India gone through in 90’s and early 2000’s due opening of economy and High flow of FDI, IT boom in Hyderabad is due to HR which has better communication skills and gained other soft skills due to there advantage as they were not many of those mother tongue was hindi so they had gone with English like all the other south Indian states in education compare to north so it helped. It has not got well in Chennai and kelerala because of there goegraphy and governance Chennai was well suited to manufacture as belonging to costal region and while Trivandrum was in communist government hands and it's greenery , hills which not allowed to destroy by alloting land to companies so left Banglore and Hyderabad, Banglore has utilised it most due to the governance where as Hyderabad become second to utilise after it . It's not well developed because of CNB or YSR it's underdeveloped to it's potential due to there bad governance.

The age of Hyderabad is more than 400 years. Hyderabad was a developed city before Chandra babu Naidu was born.

Coming to IT IBM requested Rajiv gandhi for setting up infrastructure in Hyderabad as it is considered safe city and as usual Chandra babu took the credit for IT development even though his involvement was very less.

Is there any single person claiming similar  development of Bangalore, Pune, Gurgaon, Trivendum,  NOIDA, ....

Because they are developed because of various factors...

Only Hyd is different, CBN single handedly did....

Like nobody else developed farmers like YSR, KCR did in ...

All these did it as selfless divine act of God... They are mnessengers of god sent for a purpose.. and they did it for free.. woth out expecting anything in return... no scams.. no nothing. ..

In fact they put their own money and developed... The sheep public thinks they did with public money..
