I did in march before lockdown..SBI gaadi chetta rule idi..no other bank needs this $hit only sbi made me do it

How many days it took for you in total initiation till the loan disbursement???

Yes I got that done with Counsulate. Its must for SBI and few other banks.  Consulate will only accept applications till 12 pm. You need to go and drop of your application, passport and POA. They will get that attested and will ask you to pick it up after 1 pm or next day. 

All the instructions will be provided in their website. Usually they accept only Money order. But some consulates will accept cash. You can call and ask them.
