Thndoori Chicken recipe

Costco lo chicken leg pices packet untundi, total leg pieces is 30 in 6 bags with 5 in each bag.

Nenu cheppedi 15 leg pieces ki 

Clean chesi gatlu pettandi using knife (skin theyali aante theseyandi, if you like them it tastes really good)

oka seperate bowl lo evi vesukuni mix cheyandi

3/4th cup of curd,

2 spoons of oil,

Salt 3 spoons 

Garam masala 1/3rd spoon

Coriander powder 2 spoons

Lemon - 1/2 

Karam 2 spoons ( nenu 3 vesukunta but I eat spicy)

Ginger Garlic 1 spoon 

The reason I asked to mix in a seperate bowl is we can taste it before mixing it with chicken. Koncham salty anipinchali

mix the paste with chicken and marinate it. Nenu 3 pieces in 1 ziplock bag lo vesukuni freeze chestha. Its your choice

Cooking

unfreeze chesina taruvatha (nenu bayata pettestha in balcony for 1hr in the evening)

preheat the oven to 350 degrees F, (bake press chesi start kodithe avuthundi)

heat ayyaka, oka tray lo silver foil vesi chicken petti oven lo pettandi

bake it for 45min (time press chesi 45min set chesi start press cheyandi)

Once done broil it for 4 or 5min, taruvatha bayataki thesi chicken ni thippi, malli broil lo oka 4 or 5 min pettanid. It done

Lemon pindukuni, onion pettukuni thine super untundi. Try it.
