no stories personally

but follow the combination of HIIT, low carb, IF for 2-3 days a week and some resistance training (compound exercises are good enough, nothing fancy needed)

Just avoid carbs, sugars. my plan was for first 4 months.

morning till afternoon 4 glasses lemon juice with salt. 
lunch veg curry with olive oil. NO tomato, onion, potatoes, beans, lentils. Half avacado. 2 boiled eggs. 10 almonds and 5 walnuts 

dinner chicken or fish or goat

4 months cut sugar rice Chapathi milk

If you are not interested in work outs,  Keep it simple. To start off do 30 day challenge...No Artificial sugars, No Alcohol, No Rice, No meat (especially processed meat), No fried food. Take a 30 -45 mins  slow brisk walk everyday.

I replaced Rice with Jonna rottalu (india nundi pacha jonna pindi ship cheyinchuko) and quinoa.  Here is my diet. I lost 35 lbs in 5 months (216lbs - 181 lbs). 

Morning : Fruit smoothie everyday (look at Tom Brady smoothie recipe)

Lunch:  Veggie salad 3 days a  week and rest of the week 1/4 cup Quinoa with regular Indian curry.

Snack: Apple at 2 PM and Tea (no sugar) at 4 PM. I am addicted to Tea.

Dinner : 2 Jonna rottelu with curry at 6.30 PM. Lemon water at 9 PM

Avoid Trans fat foods. Use coconut oil for cooking.
