I got married to my gf who is in usa on B2 visa. she ddint leave back due to this pandemic situation. we have not changes the visa also and she is still staying on b2.

 

next year tax filing chesthe can i add her as dependent. 

 

question 2: do we need ITIN for her to file as a dependent and can we apply for ITIN on B2 visa?

Yes you can apply for ITIN if she is here legally (approved B2 extension) check with your CPA... minimum 9 months anukunta stay... okkasari CPA ni kanukko
