What is the reason bro?

House maintenance... though property management maintain chesina you have your fair share of responsibilities and tenant ki tenant ki madhyalo gap vaste you have to pay mortgage plus property management fee..

Finally if you are not local to the home it’s not worth to renting it out...

First thing Home in US is subject to market just like shares....never treat them like homes back in India...

how you planning to rent it out ? Property management ? Or do it by yourself ?
