E M struggle sir ? My parents came just fine last week.  Ofcourse customer care is terrible . Hyd to Delhi air India lone ravali there are no other flights operating at least till 10 days back .

Bro check with British airways CC again, they said my Spouse can't board the flight as she has Indian Passport, even thought she is parent of Kid(US Passport), they told this after we bought the ticket.
