ఉమ్మడి పాలమూరు జిల్లాలో రెండింతలు పెరిగిన రేట్లు

 

వనపర్తి, ఆగస్టు 11 (ఆంధ్రజ్యోతి): వనపర్తి మండలం మెట్‌పల్లిలో నిరుడు వరినాట్లు వేసేందుకు మహిళా కూలీలకు రూ.400 నుంచి రూ.500 దాకా చెల్లించేవారు. ఈ ఏడాది కూలీరేట్లు రెట్టింపయ్యాయి. రూ.800 తీసుకుంటున్నారు. అదే పొరుగూరుకు వెళ్లి నాట్లు వేయాలంటే రూ.1000 దాకా అడుగుతున్నారు. దీనికి రవాణా ఖర్చులు, మినరల్‌ వాటర్‌ ఇవ్వడం అదనం! గ్రామంలోని కొంతమంది కూలీలు ఒక జట్టుగా ఏర్పడి వరినాట్లు వేసేందుకు పొలాలను గుత్తకు తీసుకుంటున్నారు. మెట్‌పల్లిలోనే కాదు.. ఉమ్మడి పాలమూరు జిల్లాలోని చాలా గ్రామాల్లో ఇదే పరిస్థితి. కూలీల రెట్లు రెండింతలు కావడంతో రైతులు తలపట్టుకుంటున్నా తుకం (నారుమళ్లు) ముదిరిపోయి అదును దాటిపోతుండటంతో అడిగినంత చెల్లించక తప్పడం లేదు. కూలీ రేట్లు రెండింతలు కావడానికి కరోనా పరిస్థితులే కారణం. వైరస్‌ సోకుతుందనే భయంతో ఇళ్ల నుంచి కూలీలు బయటకు రావడం లేదు. ఇతర రాష్ట్రాలు, జిల్లాల నుంచి కూలీలు వచ్చే అవకాశం లేదు. దీంతో  వచ్చే ఆ కొద్దిమంది కూలీ రేట్లను పెంచేశారు. విస్తారంగా వర్షాలు కురుస్తుండటంతో సాధారణం కన్నా ఎక్కువ విస్తీర్ణంలో పంటలు సాగవుతున్నాయి. రాష్ట్రంలో వానాకాలం సాధారణ సాగు 1.03 కోట్ల ఎకరాలు కాగా, ఇప్పటికే 1.19 కోట్ల ఎకరాల్లో  పంటలు సాగయ్యాయి. ఇంకా పెరిగే అవకాశం ఉంది. చాలామంది రైతులు తమ పొలంలో నాట్లు వేసుకున్న తర్వాత బదులు వచ్చిన మిగతా రైతుల పొలాల్లోకి నాట్లు వేసేందుకు వెళతారు. ఇప్పుడు ఎంతయినా చెల్లించి వారి పొలంలో నాటు వేసుకుంటున్నారే తప్ప బదులు వెళ్లడం లేదు. దీంతో కూలీల అవసరం వస్తోంది.

 

రైతుల్లో ఆందోళన 

 ఎకరం విస్తీర్ణంలో నాట్లకు గతంలోనైతే 12వేల దాకా ఖర్చయ్యేది. ఈ ఏడాది రూ. 15 వేల నుంచి రూ. 17 వేల వరకు ఖర్చు వస్తోంది. నాగలి, గొర్రు దున్నుకానికి కలిపి రూ.5వేలు, ఒరాలు తీసి, ఒడ్లు పెట్డడానికి రూ. 1,500, ఎకరాకు 30 కేజీల తుకం లెక్కన రూ. 1,500, ఎకరాకు 7 నుంచి 8 మంది కూలీలు నాటు వేయడానికి రూ. 7,000, ఎరువులకు రూ. 2,600 మొత్తం కలిపి రూ. 17,600 వరకు పెట్టుబడి వస్తోంది. రెండుసార్లు కలుపు తీత, ఎరువులు, పురుగు మందులు పిచికారి, వరికోత ఖర్చు ఇలా చాలానే ఉంటాయని రైతులు చెబుతున్నారు. పంట చేతికొచ్చినా ఇక మిగిలేది ఏం ఉంటుందని వాపోతున్నారు. కూలీలు మాత్రం నాట్ల సీజన్‌లోనే రూ.24 వేల నుంచి రూ.30 వేల దాకా సంపాదిస్తున్నారు. ఒరాలు తీసి.. ఒడ్లు పెట్టడానికి మగవారే అవసరం! వారేమో రూ.1000  నుంచి రూ.1200 దాకా అడుగుతున్నారు. 

 

మిగతా జిల్లాలో ఓకే

గత సంవత్సరం వరకు ఉమ్మడి నిజామాబాద్‌ జిల్లాలో ఎకరం పొలంలో నాటుకు రూ.4 వేలు తీసుకునేవారు.    ఈసారి మహారాష్ట్ర, బిహార్‌ నుంచి కూలీలు వచ్చే పరిస్థితి లేకపోవడంతో రేట్లు కొంత పెరిగాయి. మేడ్చల్‌ జిల్లాలో మహిళలకు రూ. 700, పురుషులకు రూ. 900 ఇస్తున్నారు. ఉమ్మడి మెదక్‌ జిల్లాలో గతంలోలానే రూ. 400 నుంచి రూ. 500 వరకు చెల్లిస్తున్నారు. ఉమ్మడి మహబూబ్‌నగర్‌ జిల్లాలో గతంలో ఎకరా రూ. 4వేల దాకా గుత్తకు ఇచ్చేవారు.  ఇప్పుడు రూ. 7 నుంచి రూ. 8వేల వరకు ఇస్తున్నారు. కరీంనగర్‌ ఉమ్మడి జిల్లాలో ఎకరాకు వెయ్యి అదనంగా పెరిగింది. ఉమ్మడి  నల్లగొండ, ఆదిలాబాద్‌, వరంగల్‌ జిల్లాల్లో గతంలో మాదిరిగానే రూ. 4వేల వరకు ఎకరాకు గుత్తకు ఇస్తున్నారు. రాష్ట్రవ్యాప్తంగా ఖమ్మం జిల్లాలో తక్కువగా కూలి చెల్లిస్తుండగా.. అత్యధికంగా ఉమ్మడి మహబూబ్‌నగర్‌లోనే చెల్లిస్తున్నారు. 

 

సాగునీటి రాకతోనే వరిపంట 

ఈ సారి కాలువల ద్వారా నీళ్లొస్తున్నాయి. నాకున్న రెండున్నర ఎకరాల్లో వరినాట్లు వేశాను. అయితే కరోనా వల్ల అన్ని ధరలూ పెరిగాయి. కూలీలు అసలే దొరకడం లేదు. ఒక్కొక్కరికి రూ. 800 నుంచి రూ. 1000 చెల్లించి తీసుకువచ్చి నాట్లు వేయిస్తున్నాం.

రేట్ల పెంపు.. పూట గడిచేందుకే

కూరగాయలు  సహా నిత్యావసరాల ధరలు బాగా పెరిగాయి. ఈ సీజన్‌లో వరినాట్లు వేసేందుకు ఎక్కువ మొత్తం తీసుకుంటున్నాం. గతంలో ఎకరాకు 7 నుంచి 8మంది నాటువేసి రూ. 500 వరకు తీసుకునేవాళ్లం. ఇప్పుడు ఐదారుగురమే వేసి రూ. 800 నుంచి రూ. 1000 వరకు తీసుకుంటున్నాం. ఇప్పుడున్న పరిస్థితుల్లో పూటగడవాలంటే ఈ రేట్లు ఉండాలి.

Andhra lo kooda inthey , 30 to 40% pencharu  

Maaku nellore lo bengali migrant labour raledhu this year , first time farmers are using drum seeder and rice planter out of desperation

Agriculture already workout kaadhu , present big farmers are old generation people or politicians/officials using it to store black money. 

That's why most farmers are doing aquaculture  but it's risky . Paddy tho ippuduna labour tho workout kadhu .

Life lo first time we did not use labour for removing weed in paddy ,used weedicide . 

Below 30 evaru field loki ravadam ledhu , they would rather sit idle or drive an auto

100s of acres unte, they can easily go for Machinery. Problem is always for medium farmers. Small farmers will do their own work so not a big deal for them either

MNREGS kadhu bhai , lifestyle of poor people has changed in AP/TG due to freebies .

Mundhu pani cheyadaniki manshulu dorikevallu now nuvvu entha ichina vache position ledu ,bcoz they go and chitchat from 7 am to 10 am they get 300rs each person

There is no reason for poor people to work if they are not addicted to alcohol as Govt provides them everything. They will just work for a couple of days every week to spend the money on alcohol, smoking,...

 

If we have to make them work for so long, the compensation expected is in this range.

oh wow... how life of poor can be improved? .. working for meagre payments from landlords holding hundreds of acres and making money of someone else's hardwork?  and poor left with no option other than working for someone else. CBN is one crap fellow with crappy ideology. all he knows is real estate business

maadi wanaparthy jilla ne, monnane maa anna tho matladithe ide information cheppadu. 

According to me this and polam lakshalu and kotlu petti konatam not good for economy. 

ee roju 1 rupai pedithe, repu 2/3 aithay ani konakandi, especially agriculture. endukante, raanu raanu, agriculture land tukda tukdalu aipothay and evadu saagu cheyadu, edo investment paranga ani kontaru. 

atleast farmers ki aina odliste, vaalu sagu aina chestharu ani na feeling.
