Maa side recent ga andaru chepala cheruvulu ga marustunnaru. That way you can give for lease and get more lease. No worries with finding people for work.

 

One other trend is palm oil plantation. Its growing rapidly.

 

People are shying away from crops that need lots of manual labor work.

It is all demand supply, paddy cultivation is all time high in Telangana this season. nagarkurnool, kalwakurty and kollapur have seen unprecedented development in recent years because of completed irrigation projects. Last 3 years same issue, maa bava valladi kollapur side and valla nanna cheptunde labor problem massive ga unnadi ani(850/day minimum). Idi recent photo from a news source

 

secondly younger generation evvadu agricultural labor cheyaniki istapadutaleru, education and access improve ayindi, so vere opportunities unnayi rural la kuda like drivers, mechanics, work at stores etc and more importantly easy money from real estate. This is universal problem in telugu states

Didn't read the whole thing but, More than 50% people polalu ammukoni city ki shift ayyaru (edo papam vallaki dabbulu avasaram valla, pillla pelli kosam, real estate vallu dhani cash chesukuntaru baaga)....so vari naate vallu ela dorukuthaaru...andhuke rates perigai....

actually we stopped going for heavy crops... only pudina and kottimeera... maadi konchem village type... oka 20 years nundi telsina families matrame work chestaru maaku... per day/person 450 lekkana... ala kabatte inka aa matram vyavasaayam cheyagalgutunnam... ila 1000 isthe dukhnam band chesi kusovadame...

 

 chinna raithulam memu... only 5 acres... andulo currently farming on 2.5
