The idea is to prevent domination from one community. Controlling education can lead to controlling societies tbf. Right now they feel that it is too much. It can happen as there isn’t any uniformity in implementing it.

It is the consequence of Homophily Effect. Eventhough India is diverse, most Indians have not been exposed to the races you see here. It is like dropping powder into a semi viscous liquid. We just form lumps.
