opposition petitioners are pointing to section 7 and section 8 of AP reorg act to cancel the bill, it wont be that easily striken down. This is the only strong point in these cases. Courts are not sovereign powers they always carry political colors thats the reason AP govt. is getting these many setbacks from high court.This is very sensitive decision thats the reason it is taking so much time.AP govt. submitted affidavit just 1 day back , there was one more PIL 2 days back so extending status quo is right move, which is expected

Everyone knows HC is biased to TDP but SC is biased to BJP .
