Anyone set up home gym?

Covid valla all nearby gyms are closed and I was thinking of setting up some fitness equipment in my apartment like dumbbells, workout bench etc., Any suggestions of where to get these cheaply? Amazon and craigslist la all prices are jacked up.. per pound $1 unde dumbbells now going for per pound $3-$4...
