OTT work avvali ante, while making the movie itself producer should know its for OTT. That way he can plan and reduce budget. Shortfilm ki ekkuva  theater film ki takkuva vunte chalu ott ki.

And establishing a realtionship with OTT platform executives is a must.

my guess is that he will run it even at a loss till he gains enough subscribers and then sell it off to big boys for a nice profit.
