there is no need of lifts, right canal is already finished and pattiseema is using that canal to transport water to krishna delta. Left canal also major works done it Vizag city ki water kosam use chesthaaru aa canal. Yes rehabilation is the biggest challenge right now 33,000 crores kaavali dhaaniki
