House Budget up to 550 to 600 K 

please suggest based on your experiences. Good neighborhoods and good schools for is the kids are main criteria ..... 

need what communities / zip codes to look for great schools and within my budget housing.

Houston area  floods zone and bad neighborhoods ani colleagues antunnaru but not sure unless someone from that area provides suggestions

austin best when compared to dallas/houston

good school zone lo apts ante 2bhk $1500-$1700 ki dorikesthaay

House kavali ante .. it depends .. very good school zone ante . single family home kothavi easy ga $600k + .. old house aina ok ante at the same region $420k nunchi dorikesthaay ...

salary range okay na or less for Austin? 
somehow my organization sees Austin as the low cost of living area so salary range drops but reality lo Austin housing seems very expensive

Sugarlands and Woodlands are good in Houston. Harvey ki flood avvani illu konukkunte saripotundi.

Elementary and middle Schools are really good in these two places. Do your due diligence. 

Dallas, Austin lo 100K extra pettalanukunta same illu woodlands lo ki.

Yes and no. None of my friends' homes were flooded in those neighborhoods. But some did. That's why you need to ask if a particular home was flooded. Not the whole townships.
