A areas or zip codes lo chudali bhayya ?
salary range okay na or less for Austin?
somehow my organization sees Austin as the low cost of living area so salary range drops but reality lo Austin housing seems very expensive

Cost of living in Austin is less when compared to Dallas/Houston,

avery ranch, brushy creek, spicewood springs, sarita valley e areas manchi schools

google chey u will get more details

Yes and no. None of my friends' homes were flooded in those neighborhoods. But some did. That's why you need to ask if a particular home was flooded. Not the whole townships.

Kotha construction teeskune tappudu ela chudali bhayya flood prone aa kada ani ?

Living in Houston for over 12 years. The floods never bothered me. Not many pointed it out but cypress is real good. If you want to live with a lot of Indians pick Sugarland  otherwise the best place for your buck is Cypress. Nice house in woodlands is very expensive for your salary. You can probably afford a house in the middle of no where near woodlands. I would also recommend heights area its a little expensive for your salary and you have to send your kids to private school after middle school. For younger couple heights is the best. I am here if you have further questions.

Near by homes meeda research cheyyali. You should also ask the builder for home elevation level. Our neighborhood homes were not flooded but some homes in the next neighborhood about a mile and half away did. As dgn said, Katy is also good. Cinco ranch vicinity.
