If you want to live with a lot of Indians pick Sugarland  otherwise the best place for your buck is Cypress. Nice house in woodlands is very expensive for your salary. Houston area - 125k 

please suggest based on your experiences. Good neighborhoods and good schools for kids are main criteria ..... 

Houston area  floods zone and bad neighborhoods ani colleagues antunnaru but not sure unless someone from that area provides suggestions

350 k range search 77433 (new neighborhood good area), 77429 (flood problem in some areas), 77095 (old neighborhood good schools no floods),

North frisco is booming bro but costly ipoyndi .. nen prosper lo illu teskunna which is border to north frisco and closed around for 400k for 3300 sq feet home .. 120k is decent here .. if ur wife works u can lead luxury life
