That's incorrect. Videos on YouTube with kids or meant for kids will have no comments, no notifications, no community tab, reduced ads, reduced revenue, etc due to COPPA. FTC are more than $42,000 for each video for creators if kid videos not done correctly.

Comments on his channel got disabled by YouTube (not him) because of little kids in his videos. He created a new channel "Vaas In USA" where only he will be in the videos without the kids so people can comment and give him feedback and he made a intro video explaining why he created a second channel (for comments).

But it seems he is pushing his channel with kids more because it is getting more views even with reduced revenue due to fans for his kids. When the kids grow up to 13, comments will get enabled on subsequent videos with full ads and revenue and he knows that! In the meantime, he would build his audience.

Vasu anna videos lo pellam ni chupetaduu. Pedda bidda ni chusthe vaas anna pellam ni chusinate. Kids will be like parents and anna wife konchem lavuga vunundi ani  @Catalpha chepadu old thread lo
