Republicans and Bush destroyed a perfectly functioning USPS, and corporate leaning democrats too voted for it.

if anything, US govt can keep their hands off the USPS and it'll get back to working at its best again.

you don't even understand how inefficient capitalist structures are.. you really think Amazon can do better than USPS... with 300billion revenue, still Amazon can't provide a service at a cheaper rate than USPS.. so when can we expect Amazon to do it?

The idea that a company can work without churning a profit and be innovative and keep up with the changing times is scary for the capitalists.

that's why every1 is ganging up against USPS.

while they praise that clown elon musk for being a visionary while running losses and still trying to get his 20yr old company back on track.

just admit you want an opportunity to 'invest' and make money while doing nothing productive, lets not pretend you care about efficiency.. because amazon will never top the USPS in efficiency even with all its advanced AI algoritims.

USPS carries lot of overhead and unions dont allow changes to happen .  expenses keep out-passing revenues

if you feel that it is efficient model then well let it roll.

the biggest overhead it was forced to carry was funded pension liabilities. It didn't come from an union demand. 

Ofcourse USPS is efficient. Its cheaper than Amazon, or fedex right?
