It says in the Muslim personal law overseen by AIMPLB (All india muslim personal law board) that no Indian muslim has the right to judge a muslim from the land of Quraysh. So what it means is if a Arab muslim does any crime in India, No Indian muslim can judge him or prosecute him

Muslim personal law was written by Indian muslims and they themselves feel that Arabs are superior to Indian Muslims. 

Most Indian muslims even feel that Pakistani muslims are superior to them. 

I have interacted with a few muslim students from saudi arabia  as a part of my Teaching assistantship and also at work. They interact with Indian Hindus better than Indian muslims. For them INdian muslims are literal dust.

Even ISIS did not even let our Indian muslim recruits sleep with any women they enslaved or even fight and die. Most were used in just blind suicide attacks.

Arabs >>>> White muslims >>> Pakistanis muslims >= Indian muslims

For Arabs

Indian/paki muslims == Beggars/dust/servants
