U won't feel hungry if u r fasting correctly and eating the right amount of fat and protein in your eating window

😹😹 so I have 3 almonds one fruit of my choice and 2 spoons uncooked sprouts. (This is not a lot but good food to ingest in the mrng) on my cheat days I eat 2 boiled egg whites and cooked broccoli without oil and salt.

mid-day - some buttermilk with 3 spoons millets. (Sometimes I skip this)

dinner- not a whole lamb 😹 but roti, 2-3 veggies and millets or any meats. (This I eat to my stomach full) by 8 my dinner is done and I sleep at 11.

in btween I manage 4L of water and finish my core workout before dinner. I also take keto pilla to supress my hunger and burn fat . (Recently started this so chudali em result vasthundo)

Don't eat any calories in your fasting window re fellow .... Especially fruits. Insulin spike ayi spoil aitadi. Also eat good protein and fat for one meal
