At least Mumbai will get to herd immunity soon. The number of hospitalizations and deaths are anyways very few in India..

I'm not sure about Mumbai..but based on the data , Dharavi seems to be doing very well. Read somewhere that there are studies going on why some places are doing well in spite of large number of infections in a less confined space. I don't know if people are already immune or if herd immunity has been built up quickly

Slums for once, have taken a upper hand with respect to infections.

Ys Dharavi is close to herd immunity. The last iteration revealed that around 57% of the population has antibodies in Dharavi. Once it crosses 60% herd immunity starts kicking in and transmission slowly ceases..

“We have released the results of the serosurvey done in F-North, R-North and M-West wards of Mumbai. The seroprevalence in the slum population in these three wards was 57%.
