JohnSnow Posted August 22, 2020 Report Share Posted August 22, 2020 God created the whole creation, but we create temples, churches etc and assume that god will listen to only humans? why are there no temples or churches for other animals or do they pray too? we sacrifice goats, buffaloes etc assuming that god requires that sacrifice (But why does god expects the sacrifice from the things he created) ? Did the god handpicked a particular set of people and their generations and proclaimed they are the only ones who should be pujaris, pastors and godmen ? If we eat beef or chicken everyday and expects god to give us a tension free and happy life, do you call that fair? Some random thoughts.. Save your coconut and milk for a poor kid instead of giving it to pujari. save your candles or bread for homeless instead of giving it to pastor. Cow is worshipped in mythology because it is a source of milk and bulls are used in the field. It is kind of like our pets.
