Size matters.. But not length, width!!! 

Unfortunately Indians lack in both, but more so in length than width..

Even if you are on smaller side, if you are happy and get last reasonably long and happy that's what matters ( for you ).

For your Indian partner - it depends on so many factors.  It will take pages and pages ...some clues for you
