Which angle are you talking about? Can you provide the link and the time?

What happened in the past will be considered in the court.. should not matter with detention or anything preceding it.. if so, we should not imprison anyone for anything and if the behavior continues just kill him.. the whole intent of imprisonment is reform, not punishment..

sure.. for the argument sake, i will agree with your position.. why do you have to discharge a full cartridge then if your intent is not to kill but to protect yourself?
