Good for short term. Eventually the effect will start disappearing... placebo laga ne untai. Better to go for natural stuff like herbal teas (chamomile), nutmeg / elaichi with milk (great sedatives)...or become tired physically ..cardio is great for anxiety ...body will give up overthinking

Work out every day your body will be sour and makes you fall asleep. There was a time I worked with trainer everyday just to sleep.
