DB lo chaala mandhiki 0 closing cost ani chepparu kada......2.5% mari ekkuva and 2.75% 30yr fixed ani vinna.

approach another lender or check with multiple desi ppl from your area....evaro okaru mortgage broker reference ivoochu, who can get you little better rate and mainly 0 closing cost. Reach out to as many ppl as possible

0 points and lender and seller will give you some credits to cover most of the closing costs. Any remaining costs will be rolled into tbe principal which was only 600$ after credits for my friend.

30 yrs fixed ante amortization a or literally 2.75% rate for 30 yrs a?
