you literally described the lifestyle of all my cousins on my dad's side. Their lands in Kokapet went from 1C per acre in 2000s to 20 to 25c now. All of them are lazy as hell, never worked for a day in their life but live lavish lives including living in posh villas in Kokapet, driving BMers and Range Rovers.
