same with external intake of anything will result in body not producing it.

lot of body builders take testosterone; it will result in low production of testosterone long term intake body might not produce it.

it takes very long time to get back to normal just an example, once you take anything external body tends to adapt,

Its abt burning carbs..people dont burn it badram ga bojja lo dachukuntaru....village’s lo nalugu pootala rice tintaru...they burn everything bcoz of the way they work..

Motham protein kadhu.. vedi chesthundi

fruits (apple l, orange, some other)

veggies(broccoli, beans, spinach lantivi)

nuts (almonds, pecans, cashew, walnuts)

Ragi mudha with ghee or boiled egg whites with ghee

Vetitho patu koncham protein

but again, vertilo kuda ragi mudha evvani takuve thinali. Fruits and veggies lite less calories kabatti depends on how much oil, salt and masala added to it.

North Indians ki they ask to eat rice as they can eat so many chapatis . It’s just a trick to cheat your mind anthe . Eat well work out well that’s healthy in my view.
