They were not postponed by choice by the league... players rejected playing today because of the shooting of Jacob Blake in Wisconsin... Bucks were the first team to reject the play today as their team is from WI state and then others followed.

Bucks vs. Magic, Houston Rockets vs. Oklahoma City Thunder and Los Angeles Lakers vs. Portland Trail Blazers -- have been postponed. Game 5 of each series will be rescheduled," the NBA said in a statement.

no, they get paid per game

no... unless they are injured and they dont have an injury clause, they will get their salary... they dont get paid per game.

Ofcourse it depends on the contract but per game salary is not the norm

not the norm, they get paid even under injury. teams  have insurances to support their salaries for longer injury times

but in scenarios like these, they dont get paid for the curtailed games

who told you that? Did you read somewhere?

When the lockdown began in march/april and when all the sports got cancelled... some players voluntarily gave the salary back to clubs/franchisees, especially in football.  Their contracts dont include the pandemics and cancelled games.

They dont get paid by the games they played, its always per season (barring injury situations)... Some old players might be on contract on pay per play basis but that is not the norm.

NBA has clause in its contract for situations like this

Team make money on broadcasting and tickets

The pool of the money  teams can have is decided on it as part of revenue what NBA makes
