First MBBS finish cheste then pg rank vaste , counselling lo particular specialization vaste cheyachu. NEET-PG If you get AIR  below 300 then high chances of getting general medicine in government colleges , below 600 AIR chances to get pediatrics ...e stage ki ravalante first mbbs finish cheyali 

general medicine or pediatrics are post grad level 

US lo aite you have to finish some bachelor degree then MD which is bachelor level education in medicine then you have to take some more exams to get into general medicine/internal medicine

general medicine/internal medicine are residency level courses
