Location, nature and quality of soil etc ni base chesukoni decide avvadam better. Manchi location, red soil and next to a national highway ithe then dont even think.  Aa money tho malli land meedhe investment ante then first inko land vetukkoni, deal set chesukoni then ammadam better. manam ammesaaka search ante time taking and ee situation lo rates chaala fast gaa changing so manadhi takkuvaki ammukoni manam ekkuvaki konalsi vastundhi.
