I faced racism ( when are you going back to India (proper Texan white), your English is very good ( African American) etc). I probably worked with a 1000 people  and met 1000s more At different places. 2 out of those 10000. 

Does it mean US is racist? Does it mean all Americans are racist?

So what are they complaining about? Indians being racist doesn't mean India is racist. Americans are racist doesn't mean America is racist. Ignorance is everywhere, so is racism. That's what she said.
