Permanently WFM ayyithe inka America enti Anakapalli enti.......... Soon we will all lose our jobs to our brothers and sisters in India.

 

1 lakhs per month iste chaalu day and night work chestaru India lo....... why pay $10-$15K to IT mestris and H1b Coolies???

That might happen to core coding jobs.

Wfh permanently will not work in the long run. People need to be in office for creative thinking and collaboration at least a few times a month. Oka 1 2 years exciting ga untundi then people will loose the excitement to work from home. Most extroverts and normal people will crave to at least see their colleagues in person a few times. COVID time lo it is stressful to go to office. But otherwise permanent wfh is not sustainable. A mix of wfh and going to office is ideal
