bunch of these technologies already exist. The biggest tech out of this seems the robot that can implant wires into the brain. The rest is just an experiment that hasnt been proven to work. 

 its interesting and exciting to have brain implants with simple surgical procedures. The only thing I find nauseating about this Musk taking the credit for everything.

for eg. this neuralink will not do what he claims for atleast another 30yrs.
