if you are exempted from ban, Consulate will annotate your H1B visa with "NIE UNDER P.P. ON RISK TO LABOR MARKET'"......you can enter US if you have that annotation

people who got their visa after June 22 have this annotation on visa stamp and they all entered US without any issues chinnu
