I doubt Puri knows any 'highlly intelligent' people to be making this claim. 

what is he talking about here? that intelligent people create platforms where they can thrive than go after money? It is true. but it has nothing to do with intelligence.

 I don't have the patience to listen to people like Puri.

what you call 'money' today is part of the monetary system that was first proposed by Proudhon, an anarchist, which was later expanded by Keynes.

under this system, new money is created to make loans to productive enterprises so that those who hoard money don't control the markets. 

so money is basically created out of thin air, and was first envisioned to be backed by the banks, which later was taken over by the state.

right now, to respect 'money' means to respect the power of the state that controls it. Puri is a fcuking slave. So is his mentor RGV. historically illiterate fcuking morons who are allowed to run their mouth without being challenged.
