I have switched 10 clients in my career . Never saw this . I don’t know . I have been respected for my work or wasn’t given enough credit but being nice for being woman or to my female colleagues nenu chuDaley !  Everyone has their own experiences.

no. she's just making a broader point about the privilege that is forced on her because of her gender. she doesn't want to carry that burden. anthe.

she's from academia kadha. ofcourse they respect her work. but she's trying to speak for the entire community including the boys.

and I bulldozed the thread calling the entire community as tightarsed bastards who are conservatives and who do indulge in silly demonstrations of gender neutrality where its not even required.

she obviously loves these institutions. and wants them to change. I have no such romantic notion of any such institutions meaningfully changing anytime in my life.
